He is a strong believer in training for the correct muscle use and sustaining body strength to prevent the recurrence of injury. Nick treats a diverse range of injuries, with a particular interest in knee related cases, including ACL, hamstring and ankle injuries. He also has great knowledge regarding upper limb injuries including shoulder bursitis, impingement and rotator cuff tears. Nick has a strict manner towards trusting the body and what it can handle, and with consistent reassurance, he continues to obtain great results with his patients.
Nick enjoys being involved and helping in the community through sponsorship, representing the clinic at events, as well as the use of our studio for local sporting clubs. Nick also makes every opportunity to be available for public speaking, sharing with others the benefits of physiotherapy and the importance on keeping the body moving.

Tyler Kelly
Physiotherapist
Tyler recently moved to Moonta from Adelaide to begin his career at Advanced Physio. He choose physio for a number of reasons, mainly so he would be able to directly help people and work with them to achieve their goals.
Tyler is quite social and loves developing interpersonal relationships with people, so physio is a great fit. He is a very talented all rounder sportsman and has a genuine caring nature helping him fit into our community seamlessly.
He finds the human body incredibly interesting and loves the critical thinking associated with the job. He is a firm believer that movement is the best medicine, but that is not to say that he doesn't see the merit in hands on therapy too. “I think its our job as physio's is to figure out the balance between these two treatments to maximise results for each individual patient. I've loved learning to implement clinical movements using the Pilates equipment with my treatments, and seeing just how effective it can be.”
Tyler is looking forward to working with his patients through all of their issues no matter how big or small.
