Lahni Smith
Lahni joined the team in early 2022 after relocating to the Yorke Peninsula to continue her physio career which she started in Adelaide. She is no stranger to country living though- growing up on the Eyre Peninsula and in the Barossa Valley. Lahni loves the lifestyle that being a rural Physio offers and equally loves being able to offer Physio services to the rural community!
Lahni enjoys working with a variety of clients and presentations. Her main goal is to provide reassurance, education and guidance to help you feel confident with what your body can do through different phases of an injury, diagnosis or life stage. Exercise is a big part of her treatment toolkit, but also recognises the benefits of hands on treatment too.
Lahni is a qualified PINC Cancer Rehab Physio and has also completed the Oncology Scar Specialist training through Restore Therapy. She has experience in the Return to Work, NDIS and orthopaedic rehab spaces. Lahni also teaches some of our ‘Kara Pilates’ exercise classes.
Outside of the clinic you could find Lahni on the netball court, at her sewing machine, listening to music or enjoying time with family and friends.
